application, passport renewal, passport amendment/validation,
replacement passport, and second passport. All of these services can be
obtained on an emergency or on a non-emergency basis. The U.S. Passport
Office designates emergency as: same day, 24 hours, or up to 7 days.Travelers advisory: Before departing on your overseas trip, make two copies of your passport page that contains your photo and vital statistics. Leave one copy, along with your itinerary, with a relative or friend. Take the other copy along with you in case your passport is lost or stolen. This will make it easier to obtain a replacement passport if needed.
